Canadian Distribution for Innovative Chinese Manufacturers
Inclusia selectively partners with differentiated manufacturers offering meaningful innovation in adaptive, accessibility, rehabilitation and inclusive-living markets. We are a market-development partner for brands, not a buyer of catalogue product.

Inclusia is selective about the products we represent: differentiated, brand-led products that can support a long-term Canadian market-development relationship. We are not a sourcing agency or a buyer of general factory catalogues.
Inclusia builds Canadian businesses for brands. That means we invest in education, channel development and customer support around a product with a clear owner and a clear reason to exist. Price-led, private-label or general-catalogue offers are not something we can build a market around, and we do not respond to them.
What Canadian Review Requires Before Importing
Classification and origin
Canadian tariff classification and country of origin affect import treatment.
Documentation
Commercial, product and regulatory documents must be available as appropriate.
Regulation
For products regulated as medical devices, Canadian review can include device classification, MDL requirements for applicable Class II–IV devices and MDEL requirements for the proposed importer/distributor structure. Requirements are product- and activity-dependent.
Labelling and localization
Applicable Canadian and Quebec requirements should be identified before launch.
Supply
Minimum orders, lead time and replenishment affect Canadian inventory planning.
Warranty and support
A Canadian customer-support approach needs to be workable.
Tariff treatment is product- and origin-specific — no generic rate applies to a country. This is context, not customs advice. Source: CBSA, Proof of Origin of Imported Goods · Selling into Canada from elsewhere in Asia? See Canadian distribution for Asian brands.
For the Right Product, a Canadian Distribution Partnership
Importation, Canadian inventory and fulfilment, clinical and specialty-retail channel sales, ecommerce, English and French localization, customer service, product education and brand development. One partner, one relationship, measured on the Canadian business we build together.
Regulatory and licensing requirements are evaluated as part of each potential Canadian distribution partnership.
